"He is in terrible condition." Adam Kadyrov got into an accident near the House of Celebrations in Putin's district
He might have crashed into a guardrail, residents of Grozny saw plumes of smoke.
Details of the accident involving the 18-year-old son of the head of the republic and Secretary of the Chechen Security Council were reported to the publication "Mozhem Obyasnit" by a representative of the opposition movement (and eponymous channel) Niyso, who was the first to report the accident in Grozny.
According to them, the incident occurred in the area of the "Sofia" restaurant and House of Celebrations on Staropromyslovaya Highway. This place is located next to Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin Avenue, in Putin's district. The House of Celebrations is an elite complex that Ramzan Kadyrov opened in 2016. Media outlets named Ruslan Baisarov, a billionaire close to the authorities, as the main investor.

“The main version at the moment is loss of control due to an obstacle on the road and excessively high speed. The cars in the motorcade began to collide with each other. Most likely, Adam was driving first,” the publication’s interlocutor says.
According to him, it is most likely that the car crashed into a guardrail (barrier), which triggered a chain accident.
The "MO" interlocutor relayed messages from an eyewitness at the hospital: Adam's condition after the accident was extremely serious, and "it was difficult to recognize him."
Niyso notes: an urgent evacuation to Moscow may indicate the seriousness of the injuries.
Indeed, several planes flew from Grozny to Moscow — including Kadyrov's jet and a so-called "flying hospital." "They are transported there, obviously, due to the significant difference in medical standards. Despite propaganda narratives, neither Kadyrov himself nor other representatives of the regime in Chechnya seek treatment there," the interlocutor emphasizes.
According to Niyso's information, children of other high-ranking Chechen officials, including from the Delimkhanov and Davdov families, are often in Adam's entourage. "Moving in a motorcade is about showing off and constant fear at the same time. Kadyrovs and other representatives of the regime understand that the population hates them, so they cannot move around like ordinary people."
As "MO" found out, Adam Kadyrov owns a mansion with an area of 2,000 sq. m, located directly opposite the residence of the head of Chechnya. Its cost is about 750 million rubles (about 10 million dollars). In 2025, a house that blocked the view of his father's residence was demolished in front of Adam's palace.
