Minsk to get a food hall with hundreds of plants and restaurant tableware
In the coming months, the usual food court in the Palazzo shopping center will be transformed into a food hall with living plants. Dishes are planned to be served on restaurant-grade ceramic, not plastic, tableware, writes Realt.by.

The new food hall will open on the third floor of the Palazzo entertainment and shopping center, replacing the usual food court. They promise that this will be a new format for Belarus. The interior will be updated, the furniture replaced, and the hall itself expanded. The area of the food hall will be 1700 square meters, writes Realt.by.
Most of the space will be occupied by restaurant tables, deep sofas, and mahogany chairs. From the ceiling will hang 286 unique spherical luminaires with atmospheric light. Among the unusual features — throughout the year, more than 280 living plants will grow between the tables: from perennial flowers to dwarf trees and living plant walls. Among them will be rare species that are difficult to find in Belarus.

More than ten operators will work in the food hall, with an emphasis on signature dishes. Various world cuisines will be represented, including Belarusian, Uzbek, Georgian, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, and Italian.

It is planned to use ceramic tableware instead of plastic. All operators have been asked to use restaurant-grade tableware and cutlery. An open bar will be located in the center of the food hall.
The new food hall Foresto will start operating in the coming months.
