Russian Foreign Ministry representative stated that new consultations with the U.S. will take place by the end of summer
There are «several irritants».

Deputy Head of the Russian Foreign Ministry Sergei Ryabkov stated that new consultations with the U.S. on «irritants» should take place by the end of summer, reports Pool No. 3.
«There are difficulties in this dialogue. We can consider it as currently going through a phase of certain stagnation. Every new step forward comes at the cost of significant effort. We have such progress on minor issues. The Trump administration increasingly ties potential progress on the track of removing «irritants» to achieving agreements that satisfy Washington on the settlement of the Ukrainian crisis,» he said.
The second area, according to the official, where there has been no progress throughout the Trump administration's time in power, is the issue of resuming direct air travel.
«There is an understanding that new expert consultations on eliminating «irritants» will continue. In my opinion, all this should happen in any case by the end of summer,» said Ryabkov.
