The Lahoysk ski resort has been put up for a third auction. Over two months, its starting price has decreased by approximately 40%.

The complex is now being asked for just over 13.9 million rubles. At the previous auctions, which did not take place due to a lack of buyers, the price was about 18.5 million rubles, and at the first auction, the object was valued at more than 23 million rubles.
"Lahoysk" is being sold as a single property complex. It includes not only ski slopes but also a restaurant, a SPA center, guest houses, and other infrastructure facilities.
The complex ceased operations after the end of the 2026 winter season. It had been operating for about 22 years and is now being sold as seized property of Yury Chyzh's "Triple" company due to debts.
The next auction is scheduled for July 23.
