From January 1, 2026, the minimum monthly wage in Poland will increase by 140 zlotys (currently about 33 euros) — to 4806 zlotys gross (1136 euros).

After paying taxes and social contributions, an employee will receive "net" about 3605 zlotys (about 852 euros equivalent).
The minimum wage is expected to be half of the forecasted average level nationwide.
