Maksim Nedasekau's wife became former gymnast Lolita Matskevich. Last year she officially announced her retirement from professional sports. Now she works as a personal trainer in a gym.
The couple had been together for some years. But their love story is not without drama. The fact is that Olympic medalist Maksim Nedasekau was already married — in 2021 he celebrated his wedding in the capital's restaurant Astoria Riverside. Then another athlete stood beside him in a white dress — Darya Batagava.

Maksim Nedasekau's first wedding
The first wife of the active supporter of the dictatorship competed for Hrodna region and participated in several disciplines at once — long jump, triple jump, and short-distance running.
«She used to be involved [in sports], and we met through sports a long time ago. A long-standing love? Let's put it that way. Long-standing, but it all happened not so very long ago,» — that's how Nedasekau commented on his acquaintance with the bride before the wedding.

But the newlyweds' happiness was not long-lasting — already in 2022, Maksim left for Lolita Matskevich. The gymnast did not hide the romance and posted photos with flowers and passionate kisses.

The 28-year-old Maksim decided to make his second wedding more grand. The outdoor ceremony took place at the rural estate «Valodzina», which is located 45 kilometers from Minsk.

The newlyweds danced their first dance to the song «I will always be with you» by Anzhelika Varum and Leonid Agutin.
