Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program

An annual program for experienced professionals with leadership potential and a desire to work for the benefit of society. Participants develop their own professional growth program without earning a degree at one of the leading U.S. universities.
Suitable for professionals in the fields of: public policy, economics, human rights, journalism, public health, ecology, education, and others.
Key requirements:
- Citizenship of Belarus;
- Completed higher education (bachelor's or equivalent);
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience;
- Good level of English;
- Leadership potential.

Fulbright Faculty Development Program for University Lecturers (FFDP)
Application deadline for the FFDP program — August 2, 2026, 23:59 (UTC+3).
Semester-long professional internship for university lecturers without earning a degree. The program provides an opportunity to develop new courses, improve teaching methodologies, conduct research, and establish academic connections.
Key requirements:
- Citizenship of Belarus;
- Completed higher education (bachelor's or equivalent);
- Be a lecturer at a higher education institution in Belarus or another country at the time of application;
- Have at least two years of teaching experience at a higher education institution at the time of application;
- Good level of English.

Fulbright Foreign Student Program (FFSP)
Application deadline for the FFSP program — August 2, 2026, 23:59 (UTC+3).
FFSP allows you to obtain a master's degree in the USA in the fields of international relations, education, law, environmental policy, public administration, journalism, public health, and others.
Key requirements:
- Citizenship of Belarus;
- Completed higher education (bachelor's or equivalent);
- Good level of English.

Terms of participation and funding
All programs are fully funded and include:
