Belarusian tablets, suspiciously similar to Chinese ones, go on sale in Russia
Belarusian tablets have started selling in Russia. However, this was reported not by the "Horizont" holding, which released the new product to the market, but by the "M.Video" store chain, noted "Salidarnasts".

One of four models can be purchased: the basic H-Tab 1 for 15,999 Russian rubles (about 575 Belarusian rubles), the H-Tab 1+ with improved display and large memory — from 17,599 rubles (645 Belarusian rubles). The flagship H-Tab 1 Pro, "designed for multi-tasking scenarios" — from 23,699 rubles (870 Belarusian rubles), and the H-Tab 1 Shield, shock-resistant, designed for long-term autonomous operation — 33,899 rubles (a little over 1,240 Belarusian rubles).
It is emphasized that the start of sales "was a continuation of the development of cooperation with Belarusian manufacturers, implemented within the framework of the Memorandum on Strategic Cooperation," signed in May 2025 with the support of Alexander Lukashenka and the governments of Belarus and Russia.
In addition, since December 20, tablets from "Horizont" are also sold in Belarusian online stores — not only without an advertising campaign, but also immediately with 20% discounts.
And if you look at the models more closely, you can guess why. The H-Tab 1 Shield, "designed for use on trips or in field conditions," is externally and in terms of technical characteristics — a complete copy of the Chinese tablet Hotwav R7.

The other "Belarusian" tablets are suspiciously similar in design to the Folg Tab 11, but it is unclear whose production (even on the manufacturer's website, the country of origin of the gadget is not indicated). The basic H-Tab 1 model's design resembles a hybrid of TechLife Pad Neo and Huawei MatePad Pro.
"Horizont" announced the launch of Belarusian tablet production this summer. For 2026, the company plans to double production and release more than 4 million units of equipment, including small and large household appliances.
