The incident occurred in early May at one of the enterprises, the Investigative Committee reports.

The master instructed a 39-year-old worker to place marble chips into a car using a forklift.
Due to overloading, the equipment overturned and pinned him.
The master stated that he knew the deceased did not have permission to operate the forklift, but despite this, he gave the instruction.
