As an eyewitness reported, the hazardous zone is located near the 21st kilometer of the M3 "Minsk — Vitebsk" highway, writes "Onliner".

She noticed cracks in three places:
"Near one of the cracks, a car was parked on the shoulder, with what seemed to me like a punctured oil pan."
Such a phenomenon has already been observed on Belarusian roads — in 2021 on the Slutsk R23 highway, and a year later on the Vitebsk M3. An "Onliner" reader, Vital, then got into an accident at the 26th kilometer of the M3 — according to him, concrete slabs lifted in the first lane, and he received a blow to the rear bumper. The rear tow hitch saved him, but the bumper was still dented.
