It is claimed that fuel is sometimes transported using tanker trucks disguised as water or milk delivery vehicles. According to Ukrainian military personnel, after strikes on such vehicles, it was revealed that they contained gasoline or diesel fuel.

Also, according to these reports, fuel and other cargo are delivered in small convoys accompanied by armed vehicles, using less traveled roads, and for transportation, they involve small vehicles, ATVs, and motorcycles.

Fuel and other supplies are stored in disguised caches, abandoned buildings, and agricultural facilities. Additionally, some civilian gas stations are allegedly used to store fuel reserves for the military.

In recent months, Ukrainian forces have actively targeted logistical routes in Russian-controlled territories. This has led to serious difficulties with fuel supplies to occupied Crimea. Currently, some gas stations in Crimea have restrictions on fuel sales, and in Sevastopol, it is dispensed using QR codes. Fuel prices have also significantly increased.

Furthermore, the Ukrainian side claims that Russia is increasing the use of electronic warfare systems to suppress Starlink communication used by Ukrainian drone operators. According to these reports, Ukrainian forces are also striking such systems.
